Hello ronhoek69, if the temperature is too high, the SmartphoneGrip automatically switches off the charging function. Only for smartphones which don't support wireless charging, you can control when it's charged by plugging in or removing the cable. And yes, that's correct - Smartphones with flip covers and cases can't be used. Hallo, die Geschwindigkeit der Schiebehilfe ist abhängig vom eingelegten Gang und kann je nach Ausführung maximal 4 km/h er­reich­en. Je kleiner der gewählte Gang ist, desto geringer ist die Geschwindigkeit in dieser Funktion. Probier es bitte aus, wenn du einen anderen Gang (also per normaler Schaltung des Bikes) setzt und du sie per Tastendruck korrekt bedienst. Solltest du weiter Probleme haben empfehlen wir die Überprüfung durch deinen Fachhändler. Er kann das Bike "probeschieben" und so testen, ob hier weiterer Handlungsbedarf besteht. Danke dir!

Wenn alles soweit richtig durchgelaufen ist und es dennoch nicht möglich ist, das Licht zu aktivieren, wende dich bitte an deinen Fachhändler. Er kann dein eBike mit der Bosch Diagnosesoftware auslesen und je nachdem dann alles Weitere für dich veranlassen. Vielen Dank.

@@boschebikesystems Kann ich leider bestätigen. Was soll so eine Konstruktion. Da sollte Bosch sich kulant zeigen und diese Anzeigen kostenlos ersetzen. Statt dessen wird zugesichert: Wir arbeiten ständig an der Verbesserung..... Hilft dem Kunden leider herzlich wenig.

Hallo, das ist richtig. Der Eco+ Modus kann aktuell nur über den Fachhändler aufgespielt werden. Mit einem der nächsten Updates wird es möglich sein, den Eco+-Modus auch über die eBike Flow App auf das eBike zu übertragen.

Die App analysiert dein Farhverhalten, um die Reichweite angeben zu können. Und anhand der Routenplanung kennt die App die Steigung der Strecke. Keiner wird gezwungen ein Ebike mit Smart System zu kaufen.

Ob ich ein E bike ohne Akku kaufen wollte? Und da ist heute nur noch Bosch, und Bosch, und Bosch, ach ja habe Bosch vergessen. Wer sich ein überteuertes batterie fahrrad kaufen möchte soll das tun. Die Deutschen sind halt nur Faul geworden.

Welche Fahrmodi dir zur Verfügung stehen, legt der Hersteller ab Werk anhand des Modells fest. Die Reichweitenkontrolle (Range Control) steht dir bereits jetzt zur Verfügung, wenn du auch deine eBike Komponenten über die Flow pp aktualisiert hast. Wenn du Fragen hierzu hast, nutze gern die Kontaktmöglichkeit direkt in der App (Einstellungen > Help Center > Support kontaktieren).

Hello RMF721, just by doing the update you won’t add the new mode in the FLOW app list / in the eBike, if it’s not already downloaded by either the manufacturer of your eBike or Bosch eBike Service beforehand. You should go to your nearest dealer in order to download this on to the bike system. But with one of the next updates, it will also be possible to transfer the Eco+ mode to your eBike via the eBike Flow app

Hello AFV85, this issue has been already resolved, however it is important to visit a dealer to make a software update to get rid of the error message on the display.

I installed it yesterday. It is running version 8 software with no error messages. This is what people are now showing to do to avoid the error messages appearing and saying DO NOT UPDATE THE PURION 200 once version 10 is installed it will start throwing out the error codes and has been done in new videos to show this! Unfortunately, it means we cannot have the latest update! Mine is working fine off my old phone with the 1.20 v app and I have the 1.22.7 on my new Samsung that is going to have to be swapped over as I don't want to carry 2 phones around! I did phone a Bosch dealership 75 miles away from where I am. They are charging £105 GBP for the pleasure of fixing the ID conflict! No, thank you. Unfortunately, I am not willing to pay that for a 10-minute job! I just got my first e-bike in February and am still getting used to it, but I would like to have the latest updates as things tend to stop functioning correctly with anything else, so I'm sure the same will happen with the smart system at one point! This is just a thing we are all suffering through with the purion 200 upgrade and having to deal with an ID conflict! I'm sure one for the great minds at bosch are able to over come this with an over the air fix update being a smart system.

@boschebikesystems Hi there, I don't quite understand this. Can you explain more, please? The issue is resolved, but I still have to visit a dealership to remove the error code? Then the issue isn't resolved to me? It is from software version 10 that the error code is starting to pop up. If you keep it on version 8 software, it's fine. It was apparently only from the February update that this was starting! I fitted mine last night as I said, and software version 8 on Purion 200 has no codes, but if I update it to version 10, it'll start throwing out these error codes! Maybe the great minds at Bosch just aren't aware of this, and it is obviously able to be fixed as it was once in version 8. They could look back and see what was changed to start throwing out error codes when the bike boots up at first!?

Hello AFV85 , The error code is due to the replacement of this Led Remote by a Purion 200 and has nothing to do with the software release. It’s just the information stored on the Purion 200 and on the Drive Unit which do not match. This can only be solved with a Bosch eBike dealer, but there is no restriction on the functionality and safety of the ebike until he solves it.

Bei der Lock-Funktion über die Flow App kannst du dich entscheiden, ob dein Smartphone und/oder dein Kiox300/500 als Schlüssel dienen soll. Wenn du das Kiox dafür aktivierst, ist es ratsam, es abzustecken, wenn du dein eBike abstellst.

Hello MartaMake, you can change the internal batteries - 2 x CR2016, 90mAh button cell batteries are required. Please remove the on-board computer from the handlebars by un-screwing the fastening screw of the on-board computer. Open the battery compartment cover using a suitable coin, remove the used coin cells and insert the new CR2016 coin cells. You can obtain the coin cells recommended by Bosch from your bicycle dealer. When inserting the coin cells, ensure that the polarity is correct.

Hello sgoldkuh, to access these functions, you can use Kiox 300 or Kiox 500 display that support the navigation function. If the feature doesn't work for you, make sure the app has the latest version. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Flow app.

Hello, in order to obtain the Eco+ mode, a visit to a local dealer is necessary. This can transfer the driving mode to your eBike. You can then view all your driving modes in the Flow app and select up to 4 as you wish.

Go into the settings in the Flow app; it'll be with the others you can select to use! Remember, only four can be used at one time, so you will have to switch one of your ride functions off to turn Eco+ on! Personally, I would just leave the Eco mode on as it is already.

@@AFV85I do not see it in my app after the update either. I can wait until a follow-up OTA update but excited to try out the new mode.

I’m also missing the new Eco+ mode after update. I thought it would just appear in my list to select once updated, like a previous update that introduced Auto & Sport modes. I did notice on the video Eco+ is on the display with a Sprint mode, I don’t have that either so assuming only for certain models? I’ve got a Cube EMTB with Performance CX Gen 4.

Delete the connection to the eBike in the eBike Flow mobile application. 2. Uninstall the eBike Flow mobile application. 3. Delete the eBike from the list of connected Bluetooth devices in the Bluetooth settings of your cell phone. 4. Update the operating system of your cell phone and deactivate the energy-saving function. 5. Reinstall the eBike Flow mobile application 6. Log in to the eBike Flow mobile application. 7. Pair the cell phone with the display, hold the cell phone in close proximity to the LED Remote / System Controller. 8. Take a test ride (make sure that the bike communicates with the cell phone via Bluetooth, the cell phone is connected to the internet and the eBike Flow application is running during the entire ride). 9. Check whether the completed activity has been saved with all the necessary information in eBike Flow. 10. If the issue persists, repeat the previous steps using another cell phone. If you still experience the disconnection issue, you can raise a ticket with our center directly from the Flow App.

@@boschebikesystems wo ist den der Sinn der Sache? Es kommt ein Update raus und man muss trotzdem zum Händler fahren?! Wir leben im 21 Jahrhundert , muss doch möglich sein es so Aktivieren ohne irgendwohin zu fahren!

Bitte teste über die Flow App (eBike Einstellungen -> eBike Pass -> Komponenten -> Neues Gerät hinzufügen), ob eine Kopplung mit deinem Gerät möglich ist.

Hi Reinhold, du erhältst immer dann Schaltempfehlungen von deinem Display, wenn deine aktuelle Trittfrequenz außerhalb des optimalen Bereichs liegt. Dies ermöglicht ein effizienteres Fahrverhalten. Wenn du diese Anzeige nicht haben möchtest, kannst du sie über die Display-Einstellungen deaktivieren.
